Brief
Working with the client to establish the company’s core values, Landau Reece went on to develop a brand identity for Citicourt that would appeal to their specific target audience. The tone of the communication was to be professional, articulate, exclusive and succinct, avoiding any visual or written references that might suggest extravagance or ostentation through the business proposition. The brand identity then had to be rolled out over the companies marketing literature, including a high end brochure.
Objectives
- To target and attract high net-worth individuals to invest in the company
- To create a brand and corporate identity that suggests aspiration and exclusivity
- To produce an image bank suitable for future applications of brand collateral
- To produce a premium corporate brochure that reflects the exclusive nature of the prospective clientele as an introduction to the company
Solution
- We performed a detailed brand audit consisting of research looking into the existing brand and similar peer brands
- We commissioned two independent photography shoots of the CIP property portfolio across London and of their offices and staff for the corporate brochure and website. By focusing on the properties, not only was the product on constant display, but encapsulated the classical style and heritage of the buildings that were likely to remain respected for time to come
- We commissioned a professional copywriter with over 15 years of experience in financial copy writing to help produce the written content for the brochure in keeping with the brand values identifies
- The corporate brochure was designed to reflect the values of the corporate brand through the use of photography, typography and the print production (paper stock, finishing, etc.)
