Brief
As part of a new initiative to raise the profile of the British Virgin Islands in the United Kingdom Landau Reece were commissioned rebrand and reposition the corporate identity of the Government's London office. Keeping the original Vigilate logo mark as the starting point (to maintain the existing heritage of the brand), Landau Reece created a new corporate identity with a modern look and feel that represented the aspirations of the BVIGLO. A brand toolkit along with a complete suite of supporting communications materials were produced and delivered to ensure consistency of the new brand.
Objectives
- To rebrand the London office of the British Virgin Islands Government while maintaining the highly recognisable Vigilate logo mark
- To maintain the heritage and history of the BVI and its relationship with the United Kingdom
- To introduce consistency in the brand of the BVIGLO
- To modernise the personality and professionalism of the brand
Solution
- We performed a detailed brand audit consisting of research looking at existing brand and similar peer brands
